Dusting of Snow

It seemed pretty cold last night but by this afternoon it did get a lot colder. Right now the official wind chill temperature is minus seven degrees and there is a dusting of snow all over Blackheath. In most of Australia, snow is not something that happens routinely. We are relatively high above sea level here though and we get maybe three or four light falls in a winter. It is a novelty to us .... provided that it doesn't hang about too long. In the posting above, we see the lower part of our street. I couldn't resist a little vignetting of course.
