Why did I come in here?

By Bootneck

The shame became too much....

I discovered this poor little pen hanging from a branch in Parc Shady this morning. Nobody heard her last cries, nobody noticed her at all, no final note nothing.

According to sources close to Parker she had been used badly by a Remain voter.

How can people be so uncaring? One minute a valued loyal pen, the next discarded and unnoticed amongst the greenery despite being bright pink.

Two different philosophers on the subject of observation:

Dennis Lac, Art & Architecture, Aylesbury Grammar School - 1967. Upon depositing four of us from his wonderful old Volvo in the centre of Oxford he told us, "Look up, look around, observe."

Jan Nankerville, Corporal, Royal Marines.
"You lot, open your bloody eyes!!!"
