Janette

After 8 months of construction and a multitude of a trades people coming and going, finally a woman worker! Her name's Janette; she's from El Salvador and has been working in the drywalling business for several years now. She enjoys the physicality of the work and is perfectly at ease among 'the boys.' She chuckled when I asked for her picture but was a good sport about it. I have to say that the atmosphere was slightly less rambunctious today. Perhaps her influence? :)
