Sunday Morning Run

I had the chance to join a few friends for a run this morning.

We were out last night with friends, it was a bit of a late night and I wasn't sure I was going to make it this morning however a cautious approach to the red wine meant I felt OK :)

John - centre in the red - planned an 18 ish mile off road run which took us from Bilsborrow, up the canal towpath to Garstang, over Nicky Nook (where the picture was taken) then back down the side of the river Brock back to Bilsborrow.

A couple of optional extensions took my run to 19.75 miles which I will call 20! This was my longest run since February; the start of a comeback? I doubt it :)
