Goat's-Beard

I spotted this plant while I was out on my bike the other day but none of the seed heads were fit to photograph. I passed again today in the car, the sun was shining and this one was fully open.

Such a nice evening I couldn't resist another run tonight, a slow 7 miles but the legs felt OK which was a bit surprising after yesterday.
