Wedding Day

We were up early for separate girl/boy wedding breakfasts.....not too much drinking of pink fizz though!

It is already very hot at 9 am.

We decided to stay out of the sun this morning, rather than go to the pool as planned, to try and stay cool!

All dressed and ready to go for 3pm, meeting in the reception area.
Ironically, and typically today is the hottest day we've had, no breeze whatsoever, everyone is positively "glowing" to put it nicely!!
Fortunately it was casuals for the men and whatever the ladies decided they wanted to wear .....as little as possible, but suitable for a wedding obviously ;-)

Fabulous venue for a wedding, as you might realise, you've already seen it from another angle!

The bride looked stunning.....not a dry eye in the house!

Lots of lovely Greek food at the reception followed by some Greek dancing,
and as the night wore on lots of other kinds of dancing too!!

An exhausting day with the heat, a late night, but one to remember for sure.
We all finished off with the bride and groom popping into a bar nextdoor to surprise their friends, the owners......and much to the delight of their customers, who joined in with the applause and cheering :-)
