A bee on yellow flowers in a Community Garden.

I am uncertain of the name given to this tall shrub, which I came across in the Community Garden near my son's home. It was beautiful, full of yellow flowers and many bees were about.
I was blessed to capture this photo, but kept a respectful distance from the bee.
It is cool and rainy today.
