Homeward Bound on One Street

We cycled to bell ringing this morning and arrived home before it started raining. We had thought about going over to Lymm for the festival of transport, including the narrowboats, but we were put off by the continuing rain.

We worked out what time the boats would be passing the bottom of the garden on their way home but unfortunately I did something very European. I had a siesta. When I woke up I heard a couple of boats chugging along and rushed up to the canal to photograph them. It was still raining.

I used the Bridgewater canal when I was doing my One Street project and have about  a hundred photos in the series.
