Henniker Pharmacy

The only Henniker on earth in fact.  This is a small town just west of where I live.  It's home to a small liberal arts college, a couple of very good restaurants, a couple of gift shops and most importantly, a quilting shop.  Back in 1989 we lived in Vermont for 6 months (from October to March - worse time ever!)  but while there we met a couple that we have remained friends with ever since.  Martha signed up for a hand quilting class at Quilted Threads - not one I wanted to take, but I did want a couple of hours to explore all the treasures of this very large shop!!  We both got our wish and then the husbands met as after for lunch.  

The Henniker Pharmacy is a pharmacy but oh so much more.  They are a grocery store, hardware store, luncheonette, ice cream shop, gift shop, smoke shop, you name it, selling just about anything you could want.  Here's a link to their FB page.
