Rites of Passage...
It was a shame for Ewan, the girls (Bethany and girl next door) were off doing girly things. Girly things included singing high pitched single lines from the film Bethany saw the other week and then giggling at an even higher pitches. Ewan was left in the garden crying that nobody was playing with him.
I decided to pass on some essential boyhood knowledge. We built a bow and arrow together. I think I'm quite safe as he can't really fire the rather think un-aerodynamic arrows even the length of himself.
It was rather a fun day of messing about round the garden and treasure hunting. The treasure hunting was a bit fruitless but it was a brill wee two mile walk up 'muddy adventures and out to Inverkeithing. We finished the day after the bow and arrow with a wee stand in the thunderstorm rain.
