Before and after

I went in to do a morning's light work at the Bureau this morning but, bearing in mind the advice of friends on Blip, I decided to cancel the all day course I had booked for tomorrow.  I rested in the afternoon but ventured into the garden to pick a bowl of gooseberries.  I am being cooked for tonight which is nice.
