Learning from the big kids

Today we had a family BBQ at Nan and G's. It was great catching up with all the family, especially for the kids. They played with all the cars and duplo but the favourite was the bouncy castle that was set-up in the garage.

CJ loved spending time with older kids, which was very good for him. He was particularly taken with the idea of taking the coffee & tea orders. And once everyone had gone home, he decided to practice some more, he managed to spell born his and LJ's names correctly and write them on the board. He also copied "daddy" and "mummy".

It took a lot of concentration but he was so proud of his order board - and so were we!
