It's nearly July!

Somebody told me it was nearly July...I checked outside and it distinctly looked more like November. I checked my clothing and the vest top, long sleeved top and hoody suggested February. I set off for my stroll, my soaked over trousers and thick rain jacket suggested January.

Help! I'm confused!
