Tolerance

Another sad day on the social, political and economic fronts Down South, but with some very positive - even fun - stuff North of the Border.

Some of the good stuff:-
- an English political commentator suggesting we create a new border at Hadrian's Wall if Scotland stays in the EU (that gives us Newcastle, in case you're wondering);
- the EU Parliament giving a long standing ovation to Scotland MEP Alyn Smith (I think the ovation was longer than his speech);
- the EU Parliament booing and heckling the Farage Thing.

One of the campaign groups from the 2014 referendum has been in touch about resuming activity. We need a new leader as the person who did that in 2013-14 is now an SNP MP at Westminster.

Which brings me to the Blip. The postcard is from 2013, but the message is still the same. Here's hoping the surge in racist and xenophobic incidents Down South stops, and whatever happens, they don't spread North of the Border.
