NORTH COAST 500 ROAD TRIP - DAY 4

The plan for today was to call in to John o' Groats for a photo shoot of our group complete with chapter flag at this landmark site on the way to our destination in Inverness. However, Brian and I were unable to go as he discovered his bike had a rear wheel puncture and nobody in Thurso was able to repair it. We eventually found a bike shop in Wick and here he is looking happy that the bike’s on a trailer about to head there. 

While we were waiting for the AA to arrive with the trailer, I decided to photograph the bikes heading off for their photo shoot and here is Ronnie on his way (extras). 

We had lunch in Wick while Brian waited for a new tyre to be fitted and then met up with the others. With new tyre in place, we re-grouped then headed to our final destination, The Jurys Inn in Inverness (extras).

Although I didn’t take any pictures on our way home, we stopped at House of Bruar for lunch and enjoyed a relaxing ride home on our final day of the trip.
