Today's the day ....................... for food and chat

We met with Paula and Gordon today to make arrangements for future blipmeets - but mainly just to chat and enjoy lunch together.  Have a look at Paula's journal if you think you might be interested in meeting up with New Zealand blipper, Rainie, somewhere in the Windermere area on Saturday 17th September.

The three of us - Will, cousin Robbie and I - then went on for a spot of afternoon tea and a look round the National Trust house at Acorn Bank.  There was a display of paintings by Artist-in-Residence, Freya Pocklington, including the one above which was very bright and jolly.
