Hard work

The annual silage cutting in the neighbouring field took place today, hard work for the farmers.  Also, we finished 3 hard days of decorating in hot and humid conditions.  So, hats off to Naomi for energy, grace and tenacity, not to mention a steady hand when feathering edges.  Hats off too to Janice and Peter, who are battling bravely with the ups and downs of managing a tricky renovation project, whilst carrying heavy stuff, never-endingly, up to the top of their new three-storey house.  It's Friday, wine is needed!
