More farewells

MF picked the children up from school, and as it was the start of the holidays she took them to the Jardin Des Prébendes so that they could extend their time with friends.

I stopped work and went to join them, listening to some random music on my headphones. This song "Sentimental Guy" by Ben Folds came on and I felt really happy.

After spending some time in the park, we were invited back to have pizzas & wine with some parents that we had only met just recently. It was a great evening, and I took R. back to bed while the others all went to see the midnight candlelit display and firework show at Chateau de Villandry.
