Summer downpour

What a strange day of weather. One minute it's all summer sunshine, the next monsoon! This is the view of our steps from the sitting room window mid-afternoon when the heavens opened.

We've enjoyed a quiet Saturday at home. After a lie-in (remarkable) I caught up with my blipfriends, then went for a run (on my own). After lunch I sat on the sofa in the sitting room (even more remarkable) and half-watched the tennis while doing some mending. I also had a good chat with my pal Jackie who is helping me organise our University reunion which takes place two weeks today. This evening I will return to the sofa...

Exercise today: usual weekend run down to Leith and back (untimed due to absence of my PT).
