Why did I come in here?

Pride.....

.......in the Garden Fairy's achievements.

Mrs Bootylicious has worked wonders in her garden over the years. It now produces a really beautiful display. The large brown plant is a Purple Aeonium, an exotic succulent, rather like my good self. Mwahahahah.

Bought as a single headed baby from Hardy Exotics near Penzance, we now have about ten large donors. I call them donors because we use them as small presents for friends. Once a head is cut off near the stem it can be planted, with a tiny amount of growth hormone and voila, a new plant. Really handy to create a nursery in the greenhouse over winter in case the parent plants are hit by frost, a layer of garden fleece seems enough to stave off the worst of any cold nights.
