Zara

Today was off to a very slow start. Sundays usually are these days as working Saturdays is pretty tiring. 

I need to make more effort though especially on days when we are going over to Jeri's, like today, as it was a pretty late lunch by the time we got over there.

I made Macaroni cheese and did as much of the prep as I could at home, but left actually making it until we got there as it has a tendency to dry out if I make it entirely in advance.
