Belted Kingfisher

Something new at "my" wildlife preserve.  Spotted him today on the other side of the water, hence the long shot.  Now that I know he's around I'll keep a close eye out for a better picture.   His description in my bird book says, "A Belted Kingfisher returns to its perch with a freshly caught fish in its bill, beats it senseless against the perch then swallows it headfirst."  Not the most charming spectacle I'm sure but I would like to see that, just once anyway.
