Taronga Zoo View

A very busy day. We had a few hours at the beautiful Taronga Zoo with M and her second cousin. We all saw our favourite animals and others including an amazing view of swimming penguins, the giraffe with the Opera House behind and a baby gorilla. Then we had a much anticipated ride on the cable car back to the top of the hill. We raced through city traffic.....20 years has not improved anything.....to have afternoon tea with my aunt and uncle, a cousin and her family. It was really wonderful to see them. It's been 3 years since we saw my aunt and uncle and possibly 10 since I've seen my cousin....much, much too long. Then back into the traffic and to dinner with an aunt and uncle of S and his brother, David and cousins. So lovely to catch up with some if what they have been doing and make plans to have a bigger family gathering in the not too distant future.
