Sun, Sun, Sun

At long last ;-)

I managed a bit of a lie-in today, after getting home at 1am last night. I actually wake up, savour the time in bed, and before I get up, think " is this going to be enough to get me through another week?". I'm talking about sleep :-) 

I had lazy morning, a nice bath, and then popped to my house for a bit. Little B, Little Ro and mum and dad ventured out to the local Dog Show. Ro has been desperate to enter him into his first contest, and we prepared him properly yesterday- bath and hair wash (including conditioner!), blow dry and a beard and face trim! We wanted to enter him into Best Rescue, Lovable Lad, and Waggiest tail- we felt he was a shoe-in for the latter! But alas, whilst he had quite a good time, he walked away with nothing! He was robbed! He was suitably exhausted, and clapped out on the sofa when I got home :-) I gather the beer and bratwurst went down a treat with his people! 

I sat down and tried to finish these blasted reports. I just cannot find the time, nor the inclination really to finish them. Despite the deadline being two days ago... 

I ended up going to the gym to round off a nice Sunday, and snapped this as I got out of the car. What do you know, it actually feels a little bit like Summer....

School trip to Windsor Castle tomorrow...
