Arrived in Brisbane

We left a beautiful sunny morning in Port Douglas and arrived to a driech day in Brisbane!  It soon stopped raining after we arrived, and the sun even came out to play. 

Up early and set off to the airport.  Time is up for the north of Queensland.  Had a brilliant time there and hope to be back.  Arrived in Brisbane and it was raining but it soon cleared after we checked in to the hotel.  Heading out later and hopefully meet up with friends over the next day.

After we settled in, it was time to explore Brisbane.  Looks like a great city.  We have just explored around the city centre but looking to head out and about tomorrow.  This was taken on the junction of Edward Street and Elizabeth Street.
