Beside the Opawa

After a heavy frost we have enjoyed a bright sunny winter day. I visited a friend who lives right next to the Opawa River and took Maisie for a quick walk along the stopbank. She is still in season so needed to be walked where there were no other dogs.
I was pleased that our gardening friend Ken was able to mow our lawns this afternoon. That makes the garden look much tidier. Now to tackle the actual garden beds....
