Mother of Cats
The picture:
Which is a bit like Mother of Dragons (if you've ever seen Game of Thrones) only a bit less scary.
Mr Bear and I did a three mile walk through Ripley today including stopping for coffee at The Anchor in Pyrford, but we were engaged in deep and meaningful conversation about life choices and I never even took my camera out the bag. Hence the back garden blip later in the day.
As for me:
Physically, much much better, but in anxiety terms a difficult few hours as I tried to think through the consequences of my conversations with work the previous day. I think I know what I want to do and I think I can get support to do it, but it would be a bit of a game changer.
Had some very supportive texts from a friend in the "been there, suffered that" category. Had another good session in the gym. Sunny day.
Settling down to watch the Wales vs Portugal game. I hope Wales win. Ronaldo is such a baby he doesn't deserve a crack at the final.
