Dont panic
The picture:
Garden needs a bit of TLC. Have put out an emergency call to our superhero garden rescue man who is coming Friday afternoon to do hedges and grass. Still looks nice mind. Used the Miniature filter on my Panasonic Lumix; quite good fun, they actually used the same effect in a picture in The Guardian the other day (crowds entering Wimbledon for the day's play - made everyone look like tiny models).
As for me:
Physically much better today, although anxiety levels have fluctuated quite a lot.
Lovely conversation with our HR person who was really supportive and said they had drafted in some cover for me whilst I was off. This was a relief as I was beginning to worry about deadlines and colleagues coping.
Conversation finished on a very thoughtful note. But yet again I have decisions to make, options to consider.
Other stuff was okay today. Had a good gym session. In fact anxiety aside, quite a good day. Wondering if the prozac is actually cutting in and delivering some benefits; one web site I checked out said that "Sleep, energy, or appetite may show some improvement within the first 1-2 weeks. Improvement in these physical symptoms can be an important early signal that the medication is working. Depressed mood and lack of interest in activities may need up to 6-8 weeks to fully improve."
Have started keeping a mood journal...
