Callanish

The day started beautifully, with bright sunshine as we drove up to Stornoway. Mum and I visited the offices of the Harris Tweed Authority to meet the lovely girls I've chatted to on the phone and pick up supplies etc. A quick wander round the town before heading to the airport for Mum's flight home. Back to the town to pick up the others and meet folk we've not seen in twenty years.

A very soggy visit to the standing stones before a wet and blustery drive back to Scalpay. Tennis and football to the sound of the battering wind and rain.
