Work out

More than four hours straight spent gardening this afternoon - digging out and digging in - almost as exhausting as Roger and then Andy's Wimbledon Workouts which played rather loudly on my TV with the patio doors open so that I could keep running to see what all the hollering was about. It was eventually, good results all round. Less so for Wales in Euro '16 afterwards. Oh well, can't win 'em all.
