Healing

Interesting find as me and the pupster explored a new path in Chiswick House this morning. As she is the most healing thing around here it is perfect she sneaked into the frame.

Another good day for J...we seem to have moved in to the board game stage of recovery...today me, him & Carlos played a total of 2.25hrs of Risk. It took a lot out of him but also gave him a lot too. Would be great if there were some external count-o-meter so we could see if we are doing more good than harm but as there is not we will proceed in good faith.

Also managed a little walk with Albi. And some grooming which the canine princess adored..

And I think a bit of a turning point for me. I've been struggling a little since the aborted hospital trip. I think I had been bottling a lot of things up and it acted as a trigger point and I have ever so slightly unraveled. I'm not saying there won't be more unraveling in the future but I have put quite a bit of energy today into identifying some things that I hope will help.

I'm trying not to think about the ways in which the world seems to be unraveling.
