Winter flower series #9

Pink geranium. Decided to try some macro exercises as per AYWMC course which I have not been attending to lately. My new camera is good at auto and I decided to go back to my Nikon so I don't forget how to use it. You soon forget the settings so I am pleased I got it out and enjoyed faffing around with it.

Had a sleep in followed by morning tea at our sons place with them and the little ones. Then we came home to hang out the washing and proceed to our daughters place for a bbq. Maddy had some school friends around and were doing girly things so we oldies sat around the fire ( in the back yard) and had a catch up.

The sun shone, welcome back sun! What a lovely day. Now we are home and it's late afternoon and the blip is done so now I can concentrate on relaxing...ha ha.
