Chaps Up!

We went south to the 100th Coos County Fair for the weekend. Watched a lot of bull riding at their rodeo. This one was on his way down when I shot this. You can tell because his chaps are flying up. This rider was able to stay on for his full 8 seconds and I believe he won the event too.
