All alone

I love wines. Red wine, white wine, sweet dessert wine... I love them all! Often I've thought of starting a collection. It's simple enough - just keep buying more than you consume. Yet this is how my ikea winerack usually looks like: just one lonely bottle... What a sad sight.

When my kids were born I decided that I'd someday buy wine from their birth years and then years later give those bottles to them as presents in some suitable situation. I think its time to do something about that soon while I can still afford those wines. First I need to do some research to figure out which wines would actually age well and still be drinkable in 10 to 15 years from now...
