Haworth Trip

Harriet runs the Elland Rainbows - a section of the Guiding Movement for girls aged five to seven and today was the groups annual trip.

This year the trip involved a coach to Haworth, an educational tour of the village, a visit to the sweetshop, a picnic and activities in the park and a steam train ride to Keighley and back before heading back to Elland.

Harriet had spent weeks planning and organising the event. She had everything down to a tee including a contingencies for the wet weather. 

We went along to assist - despite the rain it was very satisfying to see everything fall into place .

We all had a great day out.
