Sunday Flowers

More sleep last night ( hoorah ! ) after seeing lovely Kate-Acupuncture yesterday. Inevitably I'm awake several times for a pee and stretch aching muscle, but, returned to sleep.
Some of you may remember my bargain £5 Orchid : here it is in flower again. The first of a long string of buds, greeting me, having opened in the night.
The extra : 2nd Hosta flowers having opened in the warm night.

Another snippet of Anna A from the collection 'By the Seashore'

Bays broke the low shore,
Boats ran out to sea,
And I'd dry my salty hair
On a flat rock a mile from land.
Swam to me the green fish,
Flew to me the white Seagull,
I was gay and bold and wicked,
And never knew I was happy.

Enjoy Sunday dearies . I'm seeing Ken Loach's Poor Cow' later : nostalgia!.
