Flockhill Original

What should have been a four hour drive home today took us seven hours.....thats what happens when photographers are in the car (well two cars)!!  What fun we had, many stops, many photos - I've added another four in extras for variety.

My blip is from Flockhill Station - the original homestead which was taken out by a landslide some years ago.. The extras show Jack Frost at his prettiest best, and the lovely wee waterfall at Arthurs Pass.

What an awesome weekend we have had - I've loaded more that 700 images tonight, but yet to look at them - some work to be done over the coming days, but no urgency.

I've tagged it for Derelict Sunday and read the theme is "sign" - if you look very hard above the door on the right is something red, it reads NO ENTRY.

Hoping for a lovely and long sleep tonight.
