OldTimer

I went out to Temuka to see my good mate oldTimer off on her exciting travels to Canada, Alaska and Texas.
She was in fine form and excited about her exciting itinerary.  Off on the bus she went to Christchurch, a domestic flight to Auckland, then international to Vancouver.
She'll have some wonderful blips for us to drool over and great stories to be told.  
Afterwards, I went for a meander around Temuka and took some pictures of the old mill and another couple of old buildings. Take a look in extras.....The landscape one was taken on the way home with the storm just arriving - we are expecting snow, but so far only rain and very cold temperatures.

Curtains pulled, fire cranking and a pot of wholesome veggie soup warming on the stove for our dinner tonight.
