its been a long day.

Long meeting this morning (3 hours).

Stroppy emails off external advisors who frankly can't take the heat - come in and tell us what to do, when they haven't got a clue, and don't like it when they are challenged. If you wear the badge, and get paid the big bucks, you take the flack. So tough!

Kids who can't be bothered.

Staff training ... thanks guys for not lynching me...and for working your butts off till late when you're all knackered. It is appreciated.

These are the bubbles in the bath that Corin has just run for me.

I'm getting in there now.

Then getting out and going to sleep.
