Feeding the family!

Before winter my wife Di planted a crop of sweet potatoes which are now ready for harvest. As she was taking the grand kids home to the central coast, she decided to dig up several Sweet potatoes and take them with her. Di had dug in the soft earth by hand and found several "normal" sized potatoes, her last dig in the soil revealed the sweet potato in todays blip, it weighed in at 2.5kg's. I cant wait to see what the rest of the garden reveals. Anyone for sweet potato?
