His Highness has taken to having an early swim on these summer mornings claiming it sets him up for the rest of the day .

He likes nothing more than a paddle, a dive for a few oysters then a bracing stroll along the strand before setting off for a day in the office.

He's turning into quite the Edwardian gent, well he's got the moustache and the gentlemanly habits - he just needs a wee tweed suit and he'd be all set.
