Had to take the morning off today which was totally feeb but I just wanted to be ok and able to talk for this afternoon's session. A good rest did me the world of good and the rest of the team worked super hard in my absence.

School was great today and it's always so much better when the member of staff is engaged in what you're presenting as well. Great Year 6 teacher with the added bonus of a cracking Welsh accent.

I was feeling so much better after work that I decided to go for a little stroll but totally ran out of steam half way round. Walked long enough for a bit of blip fodder though, thankfully.
