South Queensferry

We are not needed for Flumlet-sitting today so decided to take a Free Day, by which I mean we went out using our free bus passes.

So, with no particular plan we took the bus into town, where we saw a film under production on Princes Street, caught the tram to the airport where we bought the obligatory coffee to sit and people-watch a while. Then trammed back three stops to the Gyle, and from there a bus to South Queensferry. 

Without wanting to use up too many extra photos (I've only 31 left for the year), I did notice a photoshoot being set up on the beach involving a betting shop sponsor and football cupwinners (do give them a name if you know).
