King of the Castle

Today I managed to escape the office and went out to visit a new customer. On the way back to the office we took a detour to visit a site that we had been supplying a lot of timber to . 
Looking at this photo you would not believe it but this is an old castle. Its the remains of Somerton Castle it had become really rundown before been purchased and is now been converted into a family home. I have included an extra shot showing some of the  out buildings  with the main tower behind them.

I've now got a long weekend to enjoy as I'm off work tomorrow and going to watch Wigan play at Leeds
