Rhubarb Jam o Clock

Made up a new batch of rhubarb & Ginger jam - what else can you do when it's bucketing down outside. (here's my recipe)

I also wanted to make some halloumi cheese but discovered I hadn't bought enough unhomogenised gold top. Darn it!

A lovely evening in the pub with a few of the NMB ladies. We sat on a different table to the NMB boys who were also there on their monthly night out - was quite entertaining.
