Sunday: Downtown Courtyard

K. and I ventured downtown today. We took the bus in and, at the same time, worked out my route to work. I will have access to a car and we plan on buying one too but it's still good to know what my bus options are as I do envisage using public transport. Anyway, it couldn't be easier.

The weather was glorious so we took a walk to Gastown where we also had a spot of lunch (near this hidden courtyard). OK, it's pretty touristy but we have to start getting to know the city somehow.........

We then took the metro train and bus home - we feel we are handling the transportation very well.

It's my first day at work tomorrow.......
