Western Australia Wildflowers

Another breezy day, the odd shower this morning but mostly a sunny and warm day :)

We all packed up and left Geraldton by 9am.  First stop of the day was to locate the pink lakes.  We found a lovely pink lake, no signage, so will check it out when we return.  Stopped for lunch at cliff near Kalbarri, in the national park, fuel up the car and then travel the long, long journey to Denham.  It was about 300 miles of shrubbery, and not much else.  Spending the night here.

On our way north, the shrubbery seemed to go on and on, well until we reached this farmland.  These pretty peerie daisy like flowers were blooming in sunshine.  Huge areas of the hills were covered, even the farm next door :)  Taken along the North West Coastal Highway, Western Australia.
