Da Pinnacles
A windy day but packed full of sunshine and warm too. There has been a few showers tonight but hopefully clear again tomorrow.
Had a great night with Dougie and Liz, and left there early this morning to head north for a few days. Our first stop was at Nambung National Park and met mam, dad and the lasses there. On the road again and headed to the flat trees at Greenough, they reminded me of windswept trees in Shetland :) On to Geraldton and staying in the town for the night.
I loved walking around the pinnacles desert this morning. Some of them are huge, up to 4m high and the desert seemed to go on and on, mostly sand and then the weathered and eroded limestone statues, each with it's own character. Taken at the Nambung National Park, WA.
