Mono Monday - Communication

Do you remember when you used to get interesting letters in the post? This was today's mail, which very quickly ended up in the recycling bin. Lots of things I'm interested in such as cruises, theatre, gadgets - but just the wrong communication at the wrong time, in the wrong way. 

A few weeks ago I attended a customer feedback session for ATG theatres which was very interesting.  They sought our general feedback on their communication, plus our specific feedback on various styles of theatre brochures.  We were generally in agreement, we wanted something quick and easy to read and with key information easy to find on the one page such as title, dates, price, and ATG discount. It drives me mad that I can't find the price of a show until I'm buying the ticket at the Box Office. Lets hope they listen.
