Another Keo blip.

Today has been awful...............I am paying for last night.......pain.....hot......sweaty...........swollen leg......swollen arm!

I had to come down stairs this evening on my bum because I  couldn't safely move my left leg to step down...........

I think I  may need a team of Sherpa's to get back up at bed time.

The good thing today? I saw both of my children unexpectedly late this afternoon. Love 'em to bits.
